This notice explains what we do with the information you send us through this website.

Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your event and arrange a booking. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your booking and our own record keeping, and no longer than three years after our last contact with you.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored securely in our hosted database and are visible only to our team. The form does not make your details public.
